Brent M. Cunningham

Principal

Brent joined Sagent in 2004 and serves as a senior banker for the firm's Industrial practice in New York. He has over 11 years of investment banking experience, most recently focusing on advising a variety of clients in the capital goods, multi-industry and packaging sectors. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate finance activities and has executed numerous transactions involving both public and private companies of varying sizes, including cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Sagent, Brent was at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., spending time in both the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and General Industries Group. While at Bear Stearns, he worked on M&A and capital market transactions in a variety of industries. Brent received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
