Brent was previously an Associate at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. While at Bear Stearns, he worked on M&A transactions in a variety of industries. Brent is a 1996 graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Industrial Engineering and received his MBA in 2001 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
