Bob joined Sagent in 2009 and concentrates on the Software & Systems industry. Bob was previously a Vice President at Wachovia Securities, where he spent 7 years executing M&A, public and private equity, and fixed income securities transactions. Bob has completed transactions with middle-market public and private companies spanning applications, PLM, BI, infrastructure, data center automation and storage software. Bob began his investment banking career as an Associate at Broadview International, where he focused on technology Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to Broadview, Bob was a strategy consultant at Dean & Company focused on the telecommunications sector. Bob is a 1995 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Industrial Management and received his MBA in 2000 from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
