Bob Casey

Principal, Software & Systems

Bob’s entire career has focused on the Software & Systems and Technology industries. Bob has completed numerous private, public and cross-border deals, spanning mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and structured debt and equity financings over the last 15 years. Bob provides advisory services to middle-market companies spanning applications, infrastructure, data center, storage and security software, and has closed transactions with global companies including Oracle, IBM, EMC, HP, VMware and Parametric Technology. Before Sagent, Bob was a Vice President with Wachovia Securities, where he focused on the Software and Systems sectors. Bob began his investment banking career at Broadview International, where he was actively involved in M&A transactions across the technology sector. Prior to Broadview, Bob was a strategy consultant at Dean & Company focused on the telecommunications sector. Bob has a BS from Carnegie Mellon University and received his MBA from MIT Sloan.
