L. Price Blackford

Senior Advisor

Price was previously a Managing Director of Credit Suisse First Boston. He joined CSFB in 2000 after its acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was a Managing Director in investment banking. He began his career in 1975 at Dillon, Read & Co., Inc. as a corporate finance generalist and joined DLJ in 1989. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, financing and general corporate finance advisory activities. Price is a 1973 graduate of Washington and Lee University with a BA in Economics and received his MBA in 1975 from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He currently serves on the Business Advisory Committee of the Transportation Center at Northwestern University and the Board of Advisors of the Williams School of Commerce, Economics and Politics at Washington and Lee.
