Will was previously a senior associate in the Valuation and Transfer Pricing practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he advised multinational corporations on their intercompany pricing associated with related-party transactions and analyzed transactions which included transfer of tangible goods, services and sale provisions and intangible property licensing. Will earned his Bachelors degree in Economics and Finance from Vanderbilt University, with Distinction, and received his MBA from The Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he was recognized into Beta Gamma Sigma.
